Refund policy

Exchanges and Refunds:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at carry.the.fire.biz@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Keep the packing slip until the issue is resolved. 

Usually, we will refund you the cost of the item (minus shipping), or re-ship the item free of charge. 

If you ordered the wrong item, size, or to the wrong address, there are no returns or refunds or exchanges.
