Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to all APO/FPO, CAN, UK, AUS, and NZ. If you live outside the ice wall or in the Illuminati Bunkers in the hollow earth, you're just SOL.
What kind of shirts do you use?
The Marine Green Collection are printed on Next Level 6210 CVC T-Shirts that are a 60/40 blend of Cotton/Polyester.
The Army Green Collection shirts are printed on District DT6000 Tees that are 4.3-ounce 100% combed ring spun cotton.
All others are Comfort Colors 1717. Read the description if it ain't obvious.
What is the shirt cut/style?
Next Level 6210 CVC T-Shirts are "Classic/Athletic" fit. That means the sleeves are slightly tighter than common box, oversized, or ringer tees. Their measurements can be found at the link (scroll to Style #6210): 2019-NLCatalog-Specs.pdf (nextlevelapparel.com)

What kind of hoodies do you use?
We print on Independent Trading Co. Heavyweight Hooded Sweatshirts (IND4000), which are 80/20 Cotton/Polyester. Measurements can be found here: Heavyweight Hooded Pullover Sweatshirts | Classic Colors - Independent Trading Company
How fast will I get my order?
We don't have an army of child labor (yet), so we are a small print on demand operation. It takes us 5-7 days to print your items, and then we drop them off with USPS for shipping which can take 3-5 more business days. The average time from order to delivery is currently 10 days.
I paid for Priority Shipping, where is my stuff?
Priority shipping is a service paying the carrier (Government) to rush the shipment once they have it. It doesn't affect how fast we make the products. We don't bulk print/warehouse anything, so it could be 3-7 days before the order is handed to USPS.
Why don't you carry Extra Small or 4XL Sizes:
XS - 98% of our customers are dudes. And if you are in an XS, well you're breaking the cardinal rule: You Gotta Be 2 Something to Do Something.
4XL - My guy, your mom doesn't need a shirt from us.
Do you do returns/exchanges?
No. But if the product is defective or we sent you the wrong thing, email us and we will get it corrected free of charge.
If you ordered to the wrong address, ordered the wrong size or wrong item, that's on you dude.
If you simply feel it doesn't fit as expected we usually offer a discount/refund on a case by case basis.
How can I get a discount?
Sign up for the mailing list to receive a 10% discount code. Other than that, send us a photo on Instagram (@carry.thefire) of your order in the wild. If we like it enough to use, we'll email you a special code for a discount on a follow on order.
How can I collaborate, host my products as a collection, or request a design/color?
As of May 2024, we are taking some requests/recommendations for T-Shirts.
